Our Children’s Ministry at Lethabong is a vibrant and nurturing space where young hearts discover the love of God and grow in their faith journey. We believe in laying a strong spiritual foundation, equipping children with the tools they need to understand and experience God’s presence in their lives.

Through engaging and age-appropriate teaching, fun activities, and meaningful relationships with caring leaders, we aim to:

Introduce children to Jesus Christ and help them develop a personal relationship with Him.

Confirmation Class

Our Confirmation Class at Lethabong is a special journey of discovery and commitment for young people ready to deepen their understanding of the Christian faith and affirm their baptismal vows. This isn’t just a class; it’s an opportunity to explore what it truly means to follow Jesus, ask important questions, and grow into a more intentional relationship with God and our church community.

Through engaging discussions, interactive learning, and meaningful experiences, our Confirmation Class aims to:

Youth League

Our Youth League at Lethabong is a dynamic and inclusive community where theyoung can connect with each other, grow in their faith, and make a positive impact in the world. We believe that young people are not just the future of the church – they are the church now! Our Youth League provides a space for them to explore their spirituality, build meaningful relationships, and discover their unique purpose within God’s plan.

Through engaging activities, thought-provoking discussions, fun outings, and opportunities for service, our Youth League aims to:

Foster a Sense of Belonging: We create a welcoming and supportive environment where every teenager feels accepted, valued, and seen for who they are.
Deepen Faith and Understanding: We explore relevant topics, discuss scripture in relatable ways, and encourage young people to develop their own personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Build Meaningful Relationships: We provide opportunities for teenagers to connect with peers who share similar values, creating a strong and supportive community.
Develop Leadership Skills: We offer opportunities for young people to take initiative, lead activities, and discover their God-given talents.

Our Youth League is more than just a gathering; it’s a place where teenagers can grow spiritually, socially, and personally, equipping them to navigate the challenges of adolescence with faith, courage, and a strong sense of community. Young Adults League

Its modern outlook is best described by quoting some of its aims as laid out in its constution: “To maintain a developing faith in God that is reinterpreted, strengthened, and expanded as a result of increasing contact with the realities of life. …To bring in innovative partnerships with organizations outside ELCSA. …To utilize the intellectual and professional skills contained in the league towards the growth and the development of the church.” The positive identity in Christ of these urban Young Adults is summarised in the motto of the YAL: “I can do everything through him who gives me strength.”Philippians 4 v 13

Prayer Men's League

Our Prayer Men’s League at Lethabong is a vital gathering of men committed to strengthening our church and community through the power of prayer. We believe that united prayer is a powerful force for spiritual growth, healing, and positive change. This league provides a dedicated space for men to come together, lift up our needs and the needs of others, and stand in faith as brothers in Christ.

Through regular meetings and focused prayer, our Prayer Men’s League aims to:
